From a humble store in Tiong Bahru Plaza 12 years ago, bYSI® has become an essential fashion choice for the sophisticated women of today. In celebrating bYSI's 10 Anniversary, a charity-driven celebration was organized that actively involved bYSI customers to give back to the community.

Though fashion is often associated with waste, bYSI® promotes recycling that helps to conserve resources. Passing of clothes onto charities for resale is another way to support their causes.

“BE FASHIONABLY KIND.” From 6 June to 15 June 2008 (10 days), customers received 30% off in a single receipt when they donated their used clothing to any regular bYSI outlet. Donated clothes were given to The Salvation Army. For every used bYSI clothing collected, bYSI donated $1 to The Straits Times (ST) School Pocket Money Fund.
